FREE SSL CERTIFICATE FOR YOUR SITE WITH CLOUDFLARE.
Free SSL certificate for your website with cloudflare when you know it’s a norm for you to pay for it.
I just said earlier, that it’s a norm for you to pay for an SSL certificate, but on Cloudflare you won’t be paying a dime.
As a blogger starting a new website or blog per say, most web hosting companies like namecheap offers free SSL certificate for the first year
On renewal you actually needs to pay or get faced with browsers warning your customers of danger they may faced if they access your website
And in the world where so many persons are being hited by scam cases, definitely you’ve heard if not a victim of that circumstance.
Its hard to trust a legal website without SSL certificate ,you know why?
The world wide web, google and other search engine algorithm don’t work with your mind.
They neither work with your personality nor your religious status, so what need to be done must be done well.
They don’t care if in reality you are honest or even a pastor so do the right thing or your site will be seen malicious entity.
MY THOUGHT ON SSL CERTIFICATE.
SSL certificate happens to be the cheapest amongst website setup like hosting and domain renewal
But I always feels like its waste of money and needed something free and safe, if you are in my shoe, lets get something done together.
Its totally free to get SSL certificate on Cloudflare if you are handling personal blog, but business and organizations blog have to pay
Even if I am handling business blog, do you think I will chose the business category?
Ofcourse not, I am not that foolish!
Cloudfare is not the the only website offering free ssl certificate for a website, the likes of sslforfree and letsencrypt are offering same services
sslforfree tends to be harder in terms of website ownership verification than cloudfare but letsencrypt happens to be the easiest amongst all
Based on personal observation anyway, because it took me some hours and I couldn’t verify ownership
Even with the three specified procedures and method given on there website,I couldn’t do it.
On Cloudflare I was able to do it with few clicks and BOOM! my blog is now protected for free.
Yes, totally free with nothing like one time payment or something of that kind.
